Thomas Milton Williams Jr., 70, of Rockingham, passed away Wednesday, May 1, 2024 at his home.
He was born May 14, 1953, in Richmond County, son of the late Thomas Milton Williams, Sr. and Jeanette Adkins Williams.
Mr. Williams worked as a machinist with Clark Equipment and then retired from General Electric Corporation. He was a great worker and provider. He had a comedic personality and loved entertaining, especially being an outstanding musician and an avid guitarist. He started the country band known as Carolina Country, traveling and playing in the early 1980s.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Thomas Milton Williams Sr. and Jeanette Adkins Williams.
Mr. Williams is survived by his daughter, Nikki Trawick (Evans) of Hampstead; grandchildren, Jarrett Trawick and Ande Trawick; sister, Sharon Steen of Lilesville; and wife, Becky Taylor Williams of Burgaw.
All services will be held private by the family.
