ROCKINGHAM — Twelfth-graders at Richmond Senior High School didn’t late afternoon showers dampen their last hurrah before graduation.
The traditional Senior Sunset had to be moved from Raider Stadium into the gym on Wednesday as rain fell in the early evening hours.
Students passed the time playing oversized games like UNO, Connect Four and chess. They also took time to sign each other’s yearbooks.

Some ventured outside after the rain passed.
The Richmond Senior High School graduation is slated for Friday evening.
