HAMLET — Police are asking for help identifying a “suspicious” man.
The Hamlet Police Department on Tuesday posted to Facebook several home security camera clips of what appears to be a man peering into a home.
The man appears to first look at the home from several feet away, then steps closer to look within inches of the window. A porch light appears to come on for several seconds as he steps into the border shrubbery before turning back off. The man appears completely unfazed by the light.
Police say the incident happened around 11:31 p.m. Sunday, May 14 on Third Street.
