CORDOVA — The Richmond County Sheriff’s Office is on the lookout for someone who reportedly broke into a school early Monday morning.
According to a post on the Richmond County Crime Stoppers’ Facebook page, the suspect broke into Cordova Middle School and attempted to steal several laptop computers from the special needs classroom, but was “spooked” by deputies and fled the scene.

The suspect appeared to be wearing khaki shorts, a royal blue hoodie and a light blue face covering.
