ROCKINGHAM — A convicted murderer is accused of forcing a woman to have sexual relations.

The incident allegedly happened on May 15 and Pratt was arrested the following day at 3 a.m.

Pratt was booked into the Richmond County Jail, charged with a single count of second-degree forcible sex offense. He is being held on a $500,000 secured bond and is scheduled to appear in court May 30.
