HAMLET — Richmond Community College is a local college with a big impact. How big? According to a new economic impact analysis, RichmondCC has an $88.2 million impact on Richmond and Scotland counties, which is equivalent to supporting 1,613 jobs in this region.

LAURINBURG — Representatives from Richmond Community College, Richmond County Schools, Scotland County Schools and local industries convened on RichmondCC’s Scotland County Campus for an annual meeting to discuss solutions for current workforce challenges.

HAMLET — Richmond Community College has partnered with Huvepharma to provide customized training for their employees, including training in math, biology and chemistry.

HAMLET — Richmond Community College will host its Morning Mingle on Tuesday, May 3, starting at 8 a.m. at the Robinette Building in Rockingham. 

HAMLET — Richmond Community College student Robert Lewis created a working small engine and gear box with over 100 parts as his final project in one of his Mechanical Engineering Technology classes last fall semester. The project became so complex, he put in time outside of class to complete it.
