EAST ROCKINGHAM -- The East Rockingham Fire Department was dispatched Tuesday afternoon to a motor vehicle accident at Entwistle Street and Mill Road. First Health Richmond EMS was also dispatched, but no one was transported to the hospital. North Carolina Highway Patrol is investigating the accident.
