ROCKINGHAM — Over the weekend, Rockingham Fire Department was dispatched Saturday afternoon around 12:30 p.m. to a multi-vehicle collision at the intersection of U.S. Highway 74 and Biltmore Drive in Rockingham near Kentucky Fried Chicken.

The occupant of one vehicle was transported to the hospital by First Health Richmond EMS. The accident is being investigated by the Rockingham Police Department. If and when more details surface, the Richmond Observer will report on them.
