MT. GILEAD – A car and motorcycle show will be staged in Mt. Gilead on Saturday, April 14th.
Hours are 9:00 a.m. through 3:00 p.m.
Music and food will be available.
A 50/50 raffle will be held and door prizes awarded as well.
There is a $15 entry fee for car and motorcycle competition.
Awards will be distributed for the following categories: Best in Show; Best Chevrolet; Best Dodge; Best Ford; Best Other; Ladies’ Choice; and Best Motorcycle. Top 20 prizes will be awarded as well.
A swap meet for the selling and buying of car parts (only) will be held on site as well, with free spaces available for setting up.
Reservations for spaces can be confirmed in person at the Mt. Gilead Antiques and Design Center at 126 North Main Street, Mt. Gilead, or through e-mail at MtGileadAntiques@GMail.com.
Onsite registration begins at 7:30 a.m. on the day of the event.
Proceeds will be applied to the “Save the Mt. Gilead Water Tower” project.
