Southern Commercial Development on Thursday announced another round of railroad crossing closures for early December.
The company, which handles traffic control for CSX Transportation, announced that a rail gang would be coming into Richmond County for about three weeks.
A map shows that the crossing on Marks Creek Church Road, just off of N.C. 177 north of Hamlet, will close on Dec. 12 and will likely be closed for four to five days.
The Raleigh Street Crossing in Hamlet will be closed for five days starting Dec. 5.
That same crossing was included in a list of closures starting the previous week.

The map shows another project east of Beeler Avenue, between U.S. 74 Bus. and Hylan Avenue, but it shouldn’t affect traffic.
