Polk County Sheriff’s Office issues Amber Alert for 11-year-old girl

COLUMBUS — The Polk County Sheriff’s Office has issued an Amber Alert for a missing 11-year-old girl.

According to the alert, Allison Paige Henderson was last seen Saturday, and is believed to have been abducted by 38-year-old David Neil Henderson.

Allison was reportedly wearing a light blue shirt with butterflies on the back, blue jeans and yellow Crocs. She is approximately 5 feet and 1 inch tall, weighs around 95 pounds, has medium-length brown hair and green eyes.

The alleged abductor is 5 feet, 10 inches tall, has medium-length brown and blonde hair and blue eyes.

No photos have yet been made available of either the alleged victim or alleged abductor. There was also no description given for a vehicle.

Investigators believe they could be heading to Spartanburg County, South Carolina.
