ROCKINGHAM — A Scotland County man facing multiple felony charges related to break-ins is wanted for jumping bail.
According to a Facebook post last week from Richmond County Crime Stoppers, Zachery Cribb, of Laurel Hill, didn’t show up for his Feb. 7 court date and a failure to appear warrant has been issued for his arrest.
Online court records show Cribb is facing the following felony charges: six counts each of breaking and entering and possession of stolen goods or property; five counts of larceny after breaking and entering; three counts each of breaking and entering a motor vehicle and larceny of a motor vehicle; two counts of larceny of a firearm; and one count each of larceny and attempted larceny.
Cribb is also facing misdemeanor charges of carrying a concealed gun and possession of up to a half-ounce of marijuana.
Records show has a pending charge of breaking and entering a trailer or aircraft and felony conspiracy in Robeson County.
The next court appearance for is scheduled for April 1 on the felony charges, April 4 on the misdemeanor charges and April 9 for the charges in Robeson County.
Cribb was arrested in mid-October, along with Drayson Dewayne Deese, of McColl, South Carolina. The two were accused of stealing a truck, several four-wheelers and other items in Richmond County.
They were tracked down by K-9s after deputies with the Richmond County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call of a break-in in progress on Bennett Road.
After interviewing the suspects, investigators say they were able to tie Cribb to several other crimes and recover some of the property.
