Rockingham Police seek murder suspect

ROCKINGHAM — Police have identified a suspect in a weekend homicide.

Marquis Tavon Quick, 32, of Bennettsville, South Carolina, is wanted for the murder of David Giovanni Boseman.

Boseman, 25, was killed Saturday, Jan. 16 around 4:30 p.m. while sitting in a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu on Palisade Circle, police say. Samantha Sabrina Issac was also injured in the shooting.

Police say Quick is considered armed and dangerous.

Quick is already facing several charges in Richmond County, including assault on a female and fleeing to elude arrest, along with multiple traffic related charges, according to online court records.
