Rockingham Police Solve Break-In

ROCKINGHAM – The Rockingham Police Department reports that February thefts of dirt bikes have been solved.

On Monday, February 19th, it was reported that a building behind a residence on McArthur Drive in Rockingham had been broken into.  A damaged padlock was discovered, as was the theft of three dirt bikes.

Later that day, RPD located the suspects who were found to be in possession of the bikes, as well as parts from them.

Charges of breaking and/or entering, larceny after a break-in, possession of stolen goods/property, conspiracy to break/enter a building, and two counts of injury to personal property were filed against Aaron Dean Ladd, 22, and Bradlee Scott Hoffman, 24.

The arrestees were transported to Richmond County Jail, each under a $20,000 bond.
