Silver Alert issued for Richmond County man

ROCKINGHAM — A Silver Alert has been issued for a missing Richmond County man.

According to the N.C. Center for Missing Persons, 85-year-old Jerry Malcolm Bullard was last seen on Ravenwood Drive, off of Roberdell School Road. However, the date or time is not listed. The alert was issued at 1:27 p.m.

Bullard is believed to be driving a white 2015 Buick LaCrosse with the license tag number HD8933H.

His direction of travel and a possible destination are unknown.

No photos of Bullard or his car have been made available.

Bullard is described as a white male, 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighing around 160 pounds with sandy blonde hair and blue eyes.

He is reportedly wearing a two-tone blue windbreaker, a yellow shirt and blue or grey sweatpants. Bullard usually wears a white hat and walks with a limp, according to the Silver Alert.
