RAEFORD — A Silver Alert has been canceled for a woman reported missing earlier on Thursday.
The N.C. Center for Missing Persons announced in a 7 p.m. email that the alert for 77-year-old Carolyn Beckman had been canceled at the request of the Hoke County Sheriff’s Office.
The alert was initially issued at 11 a.m., stating the Beckman had last been seen in Fayetteville.
