ROCKINGHAM — Dawn Perdue is looking to add another “W” to her record at Rockingham Dragway.

Perdue, in her Wicked Sinsation jet dragster, will be taking on Larry Aldrich for the second time this year at the Rock during the Super Chevy Show.

The two are scheduled for three showdowns this weekend: noon and 3 p.m. on Saturday and noon on Sunday.

Perdue bested Aldrich in both runs this past April during the NMRA/NMCA All Star Nationals.

In 2022, Perdue took on Rockingham’s Terry Rosberg during MOPARS at the Rock.

The Super Chevy Show will also feature GM drag racing in several classes to determine who has the best bowtie, as well as a car show with more than 80 awards in 30 classes, and swap meet.
