ROCKINGHAM — The Lady Raider indoor track and field team opened its first full week of practice on Tuesday.

After setting the roster following last week’s tryout period, the team and head coach Reggie Miller got to work at the track at Raider Stadium.

Two dozen track and field student-athletes participated on Tuesday, starting with a series of stretches, warm-ups and hurdle drills.

Most of the practice was spent in event groups, which included sprinters, hurdlers, throwers, high jumpers and distance runners.
