ROCKINGHAM — Shifts in momentum during Tuesday’s volleyball match never fully got on Richmond Senior High School’s side.
The Lady Raiders suffered a 3-1 loss to Hoke County High School.
Set scores in the Sandhills Athletic Conference meeting were 17-25, 29-27, 13-25 and 22-25.
Richmond rallied in the second set to even the match. But a couple of long serve-receives by the Lady Bucks in the following two sets kept the Lady Raiders from coming back.

Richmond (5-4, 1-2 SAC) will welcome Union Pines High School for another conference match Thursday. Action will get underway at 6 p.m.
