ELLERBE — The dust was flying Sunday as riders from across the state competed in the 2023 NCMX series at the Windy Hill Motocross track.
The event featured more than 200 riders in multiple classes distinguished by age, speed, skill level and bike size.
This is the 12th of 18 races in the series hosted by the N.C. Motocross Association and the third at Windy Hill.

The event also marked the 10th race of the season at the track off N.C. 73.
