ROCKINGHAM — Drivers went head-to-head at Rockingham Dragway on Sunday for the NHRA National Open.
Cars zooming down the track ranged from pro mods to junior dragsters.
On Saturday, the track hosted the NHRA Lucas Oil Divisional Series.
Motorcycle racing returns to the Rock this weekend for the Jim McClure All-Harley World Finals.

The Dragway will also be hosting the Rocktoberfest Halloween Costume Party Saturday evening, featuring the Alice Blue Band and several local food trucks.
Although the year is winding down and the weather is getting cooler, the Dragway still several events lined up, including the rescheduled legacy event Mopars at the Rock on Nov. 18 and the Dig or Die Christmas Clash in mid-December.
