PHOTOS: Raider golf at Foxfire

FOXFIRE VILLAGE — The Richmond Senior High School boys golf team played in its lone home match of the season Monday.

Playing at Foxfire Resort & Golf, the Raiders hosted the six other Sandhills Athletic Conference teams for a nine-hole match. It was the conference’s third match of the spring.

Golfers played the Grey Fox Course, competing on holes Nos. 1-8 on the front nine before playing the final hole on No. 18.

The Richmond Observer will publish the results of Monday’s match, along with last week’s results, when they’re made available.

The Raiders’ next match will be the season’s first 18-hole event next Monday at Bayonet at Puppy Creek in Raeford. Golfers will tee off beginning at 2 p.m.
