
ROCKINGHAM — The current winning streak for the Richmond Senior High School boys’ basketball team reached seven games Friday.
The Raiders used a running clock, which started late in the third quarter, to defeat Scotland High School 65-29.
Senior Davion Ingram, who scored the bucket to start the accelerated clock, finished with a game-high 12 points.
A total of 11 Raiders found the basket in the win, including 10 points from junior Amer Morrison.
Richmond led 40-17 at halftime thanks to a 20-5 run in the second quarter.

The Raiders (8-7, 3-2 SAC) play at Pine Forest High School Thursday. The game is scheduled for 8 p.m.
