ROCKINGHAM — The pins at Striker’s Bowling Center were falling for the first time this season as the Richmond Senior High School bowling teams held their first day of tryouts on Tuesday.

Over 30 bowlers, boys and girls, showed up for the first of the three-day tryout period.

Fourth-year head coach Ralph Butler said he was really impressed by the high level of interest for both teams.
