Hamlet Depot to Host Ghost Tours

HAMLET – Back for its second year, the Hamlet Depot Ghost Tour is geared up to offer spooky thrills mixed with a little bit of local history to Richmond County’s constituents.

Hamlet -- The ninth annual John Coltrane commemorative festival event was held on Saturday, October 7 at the Wayman Community Center in the Ghio area of Hamlet.

HAMLET – Richmond Community College’s Associate Degree Nursing Class of 2017 achieved a 100 percent passing rate on the NCLEX standardized exam, indicating all 28 graduates have been properly prepared to become registered nurses.

RICHMOND COUNTY - First responders from both North Carolina and South Carolina were dispatched to a fatal motor vehicle accident at 3:30 a.m. Monday morning.

ROCKINGHAM – The Richmond Observer (RO) will hold its official grand opening and ribbon cutting ceremony this Thursday, October 12 at 4:30 p.m. at its main location in downtown Rockingham.
