ROCKINGHAM — Richmond County Sheriff James Clemmons has issued a statement regarding the situation in Minneapolis, Minnesota, where George Floyd died after being held down by three police officers, one of whom kept his knee on Floyd's neck even after Floyd loss consciousness.
