RALEIGH — A three-judge N.C. Superior Court panel has tossed out North Carolina’s election maps for state House and Senate districts. The court has ordered state lawmakers to draw new maps in two weeks.

RALEIGH — The N.C. Senate on Wednesday unanimously passed legislation continuing the ongoing Hurricane Florence recovery efforts by appropriating almost $300 million more from the Hurricane Florence Disaster Recovery Fund, with much of that money going to help North Carolina farmers.
