HAMLET — Richmond Community College is encouraging former students who dropped out due to the challenges of paying for childcare to come back and see if they qualify for the Childcare Assistance Grant.

“We know that childcare costs can be a big obstacle for our students, which is why we want them to be aware of financial assistance that they may qualify for and allow them to come back and finish their college degree,” said Director of Financial Aid Emily Jarrell.
