Murder Mystery at Ellerbe Springs Inn!
ELLERBE – A murder mystery is a type of dinner theater or party in which attendees are assigned characters, don costumes and then interact with each other in order to solve a fictitious murder that occurs during the party. Ellerbe Springs Inn will host such a party on March 24 from 8:00 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. to benefit the Richmond County Animal Advocates group.
The John Searcy Memorial Golf Tournament to be Held April 21
ROCKINGHAM - John Searcy served over 25 years in the criminal justice field, all here in Richmond County. He was a policeman for 10 years and then was appointed as a magistrate with the Administrative Office of the Courts system. He served in that capacity for 15 years prior to his sudden death on October 2, 2014.
