PEMBROKE — As part of a collaborative effort among the Department of Counseling in the College of Health Sciences at UNC Pembroke, Perdue Farms through the Franklin P. and Arthur W. Perdue Foundation and the Walmart Foundation, will continue a project to provide social and emotional learning opportunities for students at Dillon Middle School.

PEMBROKE — UNC Pembroke will celebrate its 65th Homecoming October 7-12. The week-long tribute provides an opportunity for students, faculty, staff, alumni and community to gather and celebrate BraveNation, and is one of the longest-standing traditions at the university.

PEMBROKE — The world’s longest-running and most popular Queen tribute band, Queen Nation, is coming to the Givens Performing Arts Center on the campus of The University of North Carolina at Pembroke on Oct. 11.

PEMBROKE — UNC Pembroke and the town of Pembroke will team up Thursday to continue a tradition that began in 1989.
