ROCKINGHAM — Barbara Ann (Cox) Boling went to be with her Lord and Savior at the age of 69 on Tuesday, March 3. Barbara passed away at home surrounded by her husband and children.
Born and raised in Alexandria, Virginia, by the late Harold and Geraldine Cox, she relocated to Rockingham in December of 1986.
She is survived by her husband Joel (Butch) Boling; daughter Donna Scott of Rockingham; daughter Frances Scott of Rockingham; son Richard Scott (Christie) of Rockingham; daughter Teresa Librizzi (Jake) of Stafford, Virginia; Christina Boling of Lilesville. She also leaves behind nine grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
A memorial service being held on Saturday, March 7 at 2 p.m. at St. Paul United Methodist Church in Rockingham.
Memorials may be made in her loving memory to Richmond County Hospice or St. Paul United Methodist Church.
