Mrs. Betty Hayes Albright, 76, of 110 Hallmark Avenue, Hamlet, departed this life, Saturday, December 9, 2017 at First Health Moore Regional Hospital, Pinehurst.

She was born June 20, 1941, in Richmond County, daughter of James and Louise Hayes.
Betty was the beloved wife of 57 years to David Mack Albright; together they built a beautiful family and made a lasting impression on everyone they met. Betty enjoyed gardening, singing and had a love of birds, especially blue birds. Her family was very precious to her and she loved spending time with them.
Visitation will be Wednesday, December 13, 2017 at Second Baptist Church from 1:00-2:00 PM
The Funeral will begin at 2:00 PM in the Church. Burial will follow at Richmond Memorial Park, Rockingham.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Mike Albright; and two brothers, Fred and Ted Hayes.
She is survived by her husband, David, of the home; daughters, Tangie (Stanley) Martin of Hamlet and Amy (Randy) Perry of Rockingham; sons, Jim (Wanda) Albright of Laurinburg and Jason Albright of Gibson; sister, Linda (Ronnie) Tyner of High Point; Nine grandchildren; eight greatgrandchildren; and a host of family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made in Betty’s memory to Second Baptist Church of Hamlet or Northview Harvest Ministries of Laurinburg.
