HAMLET — David Devere Mishoe, 78, of Hamlet, passed away Sunday, Sept. 12, 2021, at his residence.
He was born in Richmond County, Oct. 5, 1942, son of Wilson James Mishoe and Eutoka Page Mishoe.
Mr. Mishoe was a veteran of the U.S. Navy and worked at Sara Lee for 35 years. He enjoyed wood carving and Cowboy movies, with Lash LaRue being his favorite!
He was preceded in death by his wife, Alice Faye Beverly Mishoe; brother, Wayne Mishoe; and sister, Patricia Gail Mishoe.
Survivors are his sons, Jeffrey Mishoe and David “Tony” Mishoe, both of Hamlet; sister, JerryLyn Perry; grandchildren, Nikki James, David Paul Mishoe, Kimberly Marie Mishoe and Raegan Grace Mishoe; and three great-grandchildren.
