ELLERBE — Delbert Capel, 59, of Ellerbe, died Saturday, Nov. 7, 2020 at his residence.
A viewing will be held Friday, Nov. 13, from 3 to 8 p.m. in the chapel of Elite Funeral Services.
Funeral services will take place Saturday, Nov. 14, at 3 p.m. in the chapel of Elite Funeral Services, in Ellerbe.
