HAMLET — Donald Moore “Trey” Edwards III, 34, of Hamlet, passed away, Thursday, November 12, 2020 in Charlotte.
He was born Nov. 28, 1985 in Richmond County, son of Donald Moore Edwards Jr. and Mary Weathers Edwards.
Trey was pursuing a career as an electrician and worked in construction. He had a heart of gold and loved his family. He enjoyed hunting and fishing.
All services will be private.
He is survived by his parents, Mary Weathers Edwards and Donald M. Edwards Jr. of Hamlet; daughter, Megan Lou Edwards of Hamlet; brother, Bahnson Edwards of Burlington; paternal grandmother, Carolyn B. Edwards of Hamlet and maternal grandmother, Charlotte Y. Weathers of Weldon.
