James Bobby “Robbie” Cooke Jr., of Rockingham, passed away on Saturday, July 10, 2021, at Hospice Haven.
Robbie was born Sept. 30, 1956, in Richmond County, son of James Bobby Cooke Sr. and Billy Jean Powell Cooke.
He attended New Covenant Fellowship Church and was self-employed.
He was preceded in death by his mother; brother, Eddie Cooke; and sisters, Annette Cooke and Deborah Cooke.
Survivors include his dad, James Bobby Cooke Sr. and stepmother Judy I. Cooke of Rockingham; and brothers, Teddie Cooke of Rockingham, Jeff Cooke of Hamlet and Jason Greg Cooke of Rockingham.
Memorials may be made in his memory to: Richmond County Hospice, 1119 Hwy.1 N., Rockingham, NC 28379.
The family is planning a memorial service at a later date.
