ELLERBE — Michael Christopher Parsons, 60, of Ellerbe, passed away Saturday, Nov. 23, 2019 at his home.
Michael was born May 4, 1959 in Cumberland County, a son of Peggie Joyce English Jolly and the late Kermit Solomon Parsons. He had been a cement finisher and a mechanic.
Surviving are his children, Michael Parsons Jr., Christopher James “CJ” Parsons (Whitney), Kermit Lee Parsons (Jenny), Rebecca Lynn Parsons, Kimberly Suzanne Parsons and Amy Nicole Parsons; grandchildren, Aria Claire Kranz, Michael Alan Parsons, Rebecca James Parsons, Aiden James Parsons, Christopher “Jase” Parsons, Brooklyn Nicole Parsons and Brody Lee Parsons; brother, Gary Parsons; sister, Rhonda Parsons; his companion and caregiver, Nancy Webb Parsons; and stepchildren, Jenifer Orr Wolfe and Michael Kevin Orr.
A service to celebrate Michael’s life will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Nov. 26, 2019 at Carter Funeral Home in Ellerbe.
The family will see friends from 9:45–10:45 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home.
