ROCKINGHAM — Anna Patricia “Pat” Bristow Millikan, 78, of Rockingham, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023 at Richmond County Hospice Haven.
She was born March 24, 1944 in Richmond County, daughter of the late Frank Preston Bristow and Oneda Matheson Bristow.
Pat was a sewer by trade in textiles, working with both Oxford Industries and Fruit of the Loom. She was a member of Cameronian Presbyterian Church, Rockingham. She enjoyed visiting and shopping at thrift stores. She was also known to love all animals, especially her dog, Willie, and cat, Squeaky. Pat was kind, loving spirit and loved to help anyone. She unconditionally loved her family, especially her nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank Preston Bristow and Oneda Matheson Bristow; and her brother, Billy Bristow.
Pat is survived by her sister, Judy Dockery (Gary) of Rockingham; brother, Larry Bristow (Ann) of Greenville; nephews, Josh Locklear, Joe Locklear and Lance Bristow; and great-niece, Alyssa Winona Locklear.
Visitation will be Tuesday, March 21, 2023 from 1-2 p.m. at Cameronian Presbyterian Church. The funeral service will follow the visitation, beginning at 2 p.m., with Pastor Phil Joines officiating. Burial will follow at Eastside Cemetery.
