Annette Greene Letchworth, 76, of Richmond County, went to be with her Lord and Savior Saturday, April 29, 2023.
Annette is the daughter of the late Lowell and Lena Covington Greene and was born Feb. 5, 1947.
Annette was born and raised in Rockingham. She graduated from the former Rockingham High School in 1965. After high school, Annette would dedicate many years working as a data processor at Waverly Mills Textiles. Outside of work, Annette was a member of First Methodist Church in Rockingham.
Annette is survived by her husband of 49 years, Edward Carl Letchworth of the home; son, Benjie Bayne and wife Jenny of Rockingham, North Carolina; and grandsons Maddox, Mason, and Monroe. Annette also leaves behind many loving friends who will miss her dearly.
The family will receive family and friends Wednesday, May 3 from 2 to 3 p.m. at First Baptist Church in Hamlet, North Carolina. Funeral services will follow at 3 p.m. with Dr. Allison Farrah officiating. Burial will follow at Green Lake Church Cemetery.
