ROCKINGHAM — Mr. Chester “M.C.” Waddell, 74, of Rockingham, passed on Thursday, Aug. 18, 2022 at his residence.
A public viewing will be held on Thursday from 1-6 p.m. at McNeill Funeral Home.
The graveside service will be Friday at Greater Diggs AME Zion Church Cemetery at 2 p.m.
McNeill Funeral Home is serving the Waddell family.
