Mrs. Gwendolyn L. Ellison, 88, of Rockingham, passed on Friday, March 3, 2024, surrounded by her loving family.
The funeral service for Mrs. Ellison will be held at noon on Saturday, May 11, 2024 at Upper Room Church of God in Christ, 3300 Idlewood Village Drive, Raleigh, with a viewing from 11-11:50 a.m. prior to the service. Interment will take place at Philadelphia United Methodist Church Cemetery, 157 Philadelphia Drive, Rockingham.
Public viewing will be Friday, May 10, 2024, noon until 5 p.m., at Nelson Funeral Home, 1021 E. Washington St., Rockingham. Visitation from 7-8 p.m. at Philadelphia United Methodist Church, 157 Philadelphia Drive, Rockingham The family will receive friends and visitors at 119 A Street (in the Philadelphia Community), Rockingham.
