ROCKINGHAM — Hazel Louise Broach Cline, 85, of Rockingham, completed her earthly journey on Sunday, Dec. 25, 2022.
Mrs. Cline was born July 13, 1937 in Darlington, South Carolina, a daughter of the late Coit Edward and Hattie Belle Evans Broach.
She was a member of Faith Christian Center, had worked in textiles and also with FirstHealth Richmond Memorial Hospital.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas Adrell Cline; son, Thomas A. Cline Jr; daughter, Kathy Cline Cooper; and brothers, Col. Earl Broach and Sgt. Grady Broach.
Surviving are her children, Darlene Webb, Robert Cline (Alice), Dale Moss (Billy) and Michael Cline (Kim); 11grandchildren; 23 great-grandchildren; and sister, Mazie Spell.
Funeral services will be at 3 p.m. Wednesday, Dec. 28, 2022 at Carter Funeral Home in Rockingham with the Rev. E.B. Cline and Rev. Steve Small officiating. Interment will follow in Richmond County Memorial Park with the Rev. Phillip Cline officiating.
The family will receive friends from 1:45–2:45 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home.
