HAMLET — Herbert Ratliff Jr., 46, of Hamlet, passed on Wednesday, Dec. 7, 2022.
Funeral will be held at 3 p.m. on Sunday, Dec. 11, 2022, in the chapel at Nelson Funeral Home, 1021 E. Washington St., Rockingham.
Public viewing, Sunday, Dec. 11, 2022, noon until 2:30 p.m. prior to the service at the funeral home.
The family will receive friends and visitors at 128 Dobbins St., Hamlet.
