James David Jones, 70, of Easley, South Carolina, formerly of Rockingham, passed away Friday, March 29, 2024 at his home.
Mr. Jones was born Oct. 18, 1953 in Richmond County, a son of the late Randolph D. and Rosalee L. Cribb Jones.
He had worked in textiles, loved listening to music and talking on the phone daily with his brothers.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a daughter, Angela Jones.
Surviving are his daughters, April Jones and Deborah Williams; grandsons, Lawton Williams, Bryson Conner and William Conner; and brothers, Tim Jones and Mike Jones.
Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. Thursday, April 4, 2024 at Richmond County Memorial Park in Rockingham. The family will greet friends following the service.
