HAMLET — Mr. Liston “LC” Collins Henry, 80, of Hamlet, passed away Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Richmond County Hospice Haven.
He was born May 11, 1942 in West Columbia, South Carolina, son of the late Liston Cull and Vennie Ruth Bell Henry.
Mr. Henry worked as a heavy equipment operator in prior years. He was a true outdoorsman, loving fishing on the river, hunting and shooting guns. He also was a music lover, especially classic rock.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Liston Cull Henry and Vennie Bell Henry; and brother, Chris Henry.
Mr. Henry is survived by his sons, Collins Henry (Michelle) of Rockingham and Michael Henry (Karen) of Leland; sister, Carol Rainwater of Rockingham; brother, Lanny Henry (Dee Dee) of Sugar Grove; granddaughter, Heather Henry; and niece, Angela Brownfield (Mike) of Deland, Florida.
All services will be held privately by the family.
