Macie Nicole Taylor, 31, of Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, passed away Saturday, Jan. 20, 2024 at the University of South Carolina Medical Center, Charleston.
She was born March 30, 1992, in Richmond County, daughter of Lori Harding Taylor and Christopher Keith Taylor.
Macie worked as a waitress for several years and also enjoyed cooking. She loved music and dancing and was always happy and fun to be around. She loved her family and especially her children. Macie was a great mother. There will never be another one like her.
She was preceded in death by her grandparents, Bobby Lee Taylor and Macie Frances Taylor, and grandfather Norman Harding Jr.
Macie is survived by her beloved children, Nevaeh Crogan, Haven Stone, Isaac Crogan, and Brayden Taylor; her mother and stepfather, Lor Harding Taylor and Glenn Burris of North Myrtle Beach, South Carolina; father, Christopher Taylor, and wife Amber, of Hamlet; siblings, C.J. Taylor, Austin Taylor, Jade Taylor, Brennon Edwards and Heaven Blackman; maternal grandmother, Cynthia Porter of Rockingham; and maternal great-grandmother, Lena Mae Pope of Rockingham.
A Celebration of Life service will be held on Saturday, Jan. 27, 2024 beginning at 2 p.m. at Sweethaven Church, Rockingham, with Pastor Ronnie Wayne Chavis and Donna Pope officiating.
