Rickie Claudie Vance, 65, of Hamlet, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 6, 2024, at First Health Moore Regional, Pinehurst.
He was born Aug. 25, 1958, in Rockingham, son of R.C. Vance and Bobbie Davis Vance.
Rickie was a mechanic by trade and could work on many things, specializing in lawn mowers. He loved to fish, do yard work, loved cars and had a massive collection of DVDs.
He is survived by his wife, Angela Smith Vance of the home; daughter, Misty V. Sansbury of Florida; brothers, Travis Webb and Charlie Vance, both of Rockingham; and four grandchildren, Landon, Braydon, Matteo and Lochlon.
