Thao Minh Phan “Thomas”, of Carthage, passed peacefully at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital on Wednesday, Nov. 29, 2023.
Visitation will be noon-4 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 2 at Elite Funeral Services, 125 High St., Ellerbe.
Funeral services will be 2:30 p.m. Sunday, Dec. 3 at New Covenant Fellowship, 1305 Hulsey Road, Carthage. Burial will follow at Pinelawn Memorial Park, 1105 Morganton Road, Southern Pines.
