Thomas Lee Smith (“Tommy Lee”), 62, of Rockingham, passed on Friday, Jan. 26, 2024.
A memorial service will be held at 3 p.m. on Saturday, Feb. 3, 2024, at Nelson Funeral Home, 1021 E. Washington St., Rockingham.
