ROCKINGHAM — William “Bill” Charles Reaves Jr., 62, of Rockingham, passed away Saturday, March 11, 2023 at FirstHealth Moore Regional Hospital-Richmond.
He was born Dec. 30, 1960, in Columbia, South Carolina, son of William Charles Reaves Sr. and the late Barbara Blue Reaves.
Bill served our country in the United States Army for eight years. Prior to his declining health, he was a computer specialist and worked with Computer Zone in Rockingham.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Barbara Blue Reaves.
Bill is survived by his son, William Charles Reaves III of Rockingham; father, William Charles Reaves Sr. of Dacusville, South Carolina; grandchildren, Jordan Reaves and Emma Reaves; and sisters, Bobbie Foster of Pickens, South Carolina, Wendy Roper of Easley, South Carolina, Dawn Kirby of Greer, South Carolina, and Deborah McKenzie of Mauldin, South Carolina.
The family will hold a Memorial Service on Wednesday, March 15, 2023 at 2 p.m. at the family home, 119 Belle Drive, Rockingham.
